Registration Requirements:
Applicants shall be independent legal entities;
Enterprises holding a valid Grade 3 or higher General Contracting Qualification for Construction Engineering;
Possessing relevant professional constructors;
Holding a valid Safety Production License;
Consortium bids will not be accepted for this project.
Documents to be Submitted for Collecting Tender Materials:
Duplicate copy of business license, construction engineering qualification certificate, safety production license, power of attorney from the legal representative, and both sides of the ID card of the authorized representative.
All the above documents must be stamped with the official seal of the bidder; otherwise, the qualification examination shall be deemed unqualified and the bidding qualification shall be cancelled.
