Dear Colleagues and Partners,

Time flies and the year renews. As the first rays of morning sunshine in 2026 illuminate the sky, we stand together at a new starting point full of infinite possibilities. On behalf of the management team of Dejiu New Energy, I would like to express my sincere gratitude and best New Year wishes to all hardworking colleagues, trusted partners, and friends from all walks of life who have long cared for and supported us over the past year.

Review of 2025: Forging Ahead Amidst Challenges, Forging Achievements Through Diligence

The busy journeys and varied footprints throughout the year stand as the best testimony to our relentless progress.

This year, our footprint stretched across the globe, and our green footprint continued to expand. From the wind power corridors in the northern regions to the promising photovoltaic and energy storage markets in the warm southern areas, from high plateaus to coastal tidal flats, our projects shine like pearls across the world. Each successfully delivered photovoltaic energy storage power station and photovoltaic curtain wall not only delivers clean green electricity but also conveys our firm commitment: Powering the World.

On the snow-covered plateau at an altitude of 4,300 meters, our service team overcame oxygen shortage and endured -15°C cold to commission photovoltaic and energy storage systems, bringing reliable green power to thousands of households.

In northern Nigerian cities in West Africa, facing 46°C heat and complex working conditions, our engineers applied Chinese standards and exquisite expertise, turning solar panels into a source of vitality in arid regions and making energy storage systems a pillar of stability. What you have accomplished in Nigeria has written a touching chapter of China-Africa green energy cooperation.

At the construction site of photovoltaic curtain walls in Africa, our staff worked at high altitudes in 42°C heat with the spirit of Climbing to the Sky, Bringing Light. What they installed were curtain walls; what they generated was green electricity; what they left behind was craftsmanship.

Often at 1:30 a.m. at company headquarters, the R&D team worked tirelessly to launch technical solutions under tight schedules. Tendering and bidding staff demonstrated professionalism, rigor, strategic thinking and dedication in an invisible battlefield. They are both rule actuaries and frontline scouts.

Every drop of sweat shed in the past year deserves the highest praise!

This year, driven by innovation, we continued to strengthen our technical barriers. We deeply understand that core technology is the only ticket to winning the future in the long race of new energy. Over the past year, we continuously increased R&D investment and achieved breakthroughs in key fields such as grid-tied inverters and energy storage systems. We were granted 2 new authorized invention patents:

A Wide-Voltage Bidirectional Inverter System
An Ultra-High-Rate Battery Power Supply Unit

The company now holds a total of 41 authorized invention patents.

We also received a series of honors:

Foshan Model Enterprise for Brand Building
Nanhai District Low-Altitude Security Practice Unit

These silent breakthroughs represent our strongest declaration for the future.

Behind every achievement lie countless days and nights of hard work. This year, the Xiqiao Base in Nanhai, Guangdong under Dejiu Group was put into production, and the production base in Guzhen, Zhongshan, Guangdong was completed and will soon commence operation. In the energy storage manufacturing workshop of the 1GWh annual capacity lithium battery base in Xiqiao, Foshan, frontline employees worked day and night to supply products to valued customers. Our solutions are steadily evolving from single-product supply to building smart energy systems covering generation, storage, distribution, consumption and maintenance. The launch of zero-carbon parks and green factories proves that we do not merely sell equipment, but create tangible long-term value for our customers. We can see the footprint of value moving forward.

We have also witnessed the growth of a collaborative ecosystem. Our partnerships with Tsinghua University, Sun Yat-sen University, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, other research institutions and industrial chain partners have grown stronger. We firmly believe that the grand blueprint of the energy revolution cannot be completed by any single enterprise alone; openness and symbiosis are the keys to the future.

To every one of you who focuses on exploration in R&D, sweats on construction sites, pioneers in the market, and dedicates silently in supporting roles: your combined efforts have gathered into a mighty force driving Dejiu Group forward. I salute every Dejiu member who devotes quietly and rises bravely to challenges. The achievements belong to you, and the glory belongs to all strugglers!

Outlook for 2026: Keep Chasing the Wind and the Moon, Let Spring Bloom at the End of the Wilderness

Standing at a new starting point, we remain clear-minded yet full of expectation. The industry is shifting from explosive growth to a new stage of high-quality development, requiring greater determination, broader vision and stronger resilience.

We now stand on a “wilderness” full of possibilities — with untapped opportunities ahead, waiting for us to blaze new trails. Keep chasing the wind and the moon, never stop urges us to maintain strategic initiative and focus. Photovoltaic and energy storage, our core businesses, are the “stabilizers” we must firmly hold, continuously refining, strengthening and deepening them. Meanwhile, we will act more agilely to identify new scenarios and demands driven by the integration of energy, digitalization and intelligence, and bravely explore uncharted territories.

What we firmly believe in and strive for is the magnificent scene of spring blooming at the end of the wilderness. This “spring scenery” will arrive when:

Our sustained technological breakthroughs further lower the cost of clean electricity, making green energy truly accessible to all;
We deeply integrate into the new power system and become a reliable cornerstone for energy stability and flexible regulation;
Our smart energy solutions serve as a core engine for the green transformation of regional economies.

This picture is painted by technology, responsibility and foresight.

To this end, in 2026 we will focus on three strategic upgrades:
