On February 26th, the first working day of the Year of the Horse, good news arrived: Dejiu Group successfully won the bid for Plot B located on the north side of Changjiang Road, south side of Yingfeng Road, and east side of Huandong Road in Wenhuanhu International Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone, Guicheng Sub-district, Nanhai District, Foshan, near Guangzhou South Railway Station. Positioning itself as "Anchoring a Zero-Carbon Landmark and Resonating with Urban Development", Dejiu Group will build its headquarters zero-carbon building here, creating a demonstration model integrating building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPV), energy storage technology demonstration, and ultra-fast charging application scenarios. It will support the construction of Foshan Guicheng as a "City of Ultra-Fast Charging" and strive to become a leading enterprise in the new energy and low-altitude economy sectors in the Greater Bay Area.

The project plans to construct Dejiu Group's headquarters zero-carbon building, with the entire park intended to adopt green electricity. The planned installed capacity aims to generate and store approximately 6,000 kWh of electricity daily. The building's exterior walls will adopt a photovoltaic curtain wall structure, serving as a "power-generating facade". Photovoltaic curtain wall glass will be installed on the east, west, and south facades; double-sided photovoltaic power generation glass will be used on the rooftop photovoltaic court roof. The park will not only feature photovoltaic fences on its perimeter walls but also be equipped with solar intelligent street lamps, solar intelligent waste sorting devices, solar pavilions, etc. Additionally, a photovoltaic energy storage fast-charging station will be built in the park, capable of charging 100 electric vehicles per day.

The total construction area is approximately 31,000 square meters, including 6,000 square meters for R&D and 5,000 square meters for administrative offices. In the five years following the project's commissioning, through technological innovation, industrial agglomeration, and upstream-downstream collaboration, it is expected to add 1 billion yuan in output value and 100 new jobs for Nanhai, Foshan.
